How is this legal? Our Delta 9 gummies feature 100% hemp-derived CBD and hemp-derived Delta 9. There are no synthetic distillates or unknown compounds and everything is organically grown and harvested right here in NE Wisconsin. According to the 2018 farm bill, CBD products are legally allowed to have 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight. Since our gummies are 6 grams each, we use the dry weight to be able to deliver 9mg of Delta 9 THC and 32mg of CBD in each gummy.
